How To Print The Calendars, Cards & Booklets

General Instructions

Here are a few tips on how to get the best results when you print:

  • Print on medium to heavy weight card stock. Set your printer to print at high/photo quality and select the paper type according to the paper you use.
  • All Files are setup with specific measurements. If you want your printouts to be the exact size, print at “actual size” or “at 100%” - NOT “fit to page”. 

Please note: Colors on paper vs what you see on screen can and probably will differ due to different monitors and printing profiles. That is normal and should be expected.

Monthly Desk Calendars

  • Choose between "A4 size" (weeks starting on Monday) and "US Letter" (weeks starting on Sunday). 
  • Follow the general instructions
  • Should your printer give you a warning that the image is too large to fit onto the paper, ignore that message. If you have selected the correct file for the size of your paper (either 8.5x11 or A4) it should fit.
  • Cut out the individual months, wrap the belly band around the calendar and glue the ends together in the back.
  • That's it! Put it on your desk, fridge or inspiration board, or use it as a sweet gift for someone special, or a small present for a co-worker or neighbor.

Wall Calendars

  • Choose between "A4 size" (weeks starting on Monday) and "US Letter" (weeks starting on Sunday). 
  • Follow the general instructions.
  • Should your printer give you a warning that the image is too large to fit onto the paper, ignore that message. If you have selected the correct file for the size of your paper (either 8.5x11 or A4) it should fit.

Poemfairy Booklets

  • Only use the printable files, not the regular ebooks! Those are not formatted for printing...
  • There is a PDF file attached to the download with both printing and folding instructions. You can either print out the file or view it on screen.
  • The books are setup to fit on both A4 and US Letter sized paper.
  • Set your printer to print at high/photo quality and use normal copy paper (or other thin paper) for the books, otherwise you will not be able to fold them!
  • Remember to cut off the white border before you start folding your booklet!

Note Cards

  • Choose your note card according to size, either A6 or 4.25" x 5.5"
  • Follow the general instructions.

Poemfairy Cards

  • The cards are setup to fit on both A4 and US Letter sized paper.
  • Follow the general instructions
